Jim Longbons is a 55-year-old Willoughby resident who, after multiple health problems, has decided it's time to change his life. Longbons does all the shopping and cooking for his family, so chances are they'll be making some changes, too.

| Hope all are well. This week....I don't know. The scale isn't moving at all. Spent the day in Toledo today. I did walk when I got home. I'm trying. Wife traveling next week, and I hate to cook for one, so I need to bear down. Go Tribe! Looking forward to Sundays paper. |
