Jim Longbons is a 55-year-old Willoughby resident who, after multiple health problems, has decided it's time to change his life. Longbons does all the shopping and cooking for his family, so chances are they'll be making some changes, too.

| Super Moon tonight! Kind of hit a flat spot this week. Next week worries me also, as it's my wife's birthday, and our 29th wedding anniversary. I seem to be eating out more, and that makes it harder for me to watch things. I am walking a little more, but scale not moving. Hope all are well, and happy. BigJim Come on Spring! |
