Jim Longbons is a 55-year-old Willoughby resident who, after multiple health problems, has decided it's time to change his life. Longbons does all the shopping and cooking for his family, so chances are they'll be making some changes, too.

| Kind of slacking this week. My birthday was Tues., and this weekend will come into play. (cookout-family get together) Will kick it up a notch for the month of June. Lot's on my mind. |
